The following general terms and conditions apply to all events organized by Officemanagement Winkel, Simone Winkel (hereinafter "organizer").


They regulate the contractual relationship between the purchaser and holder of admission tickets and the organizer.

Deviating general terms and conditions of the ticket purchaser and/or holder are not valid.

II. Purchase of admission tickets

Tickets for events can only be purchased in the following ways:

a) Online pre-sale

The online advance sale of admission tickets/spectator tickets is only possible via the official website or .


Admission tickets can be ordered no later than 20 weeks before the start of the event via an on the website of the organizer under the heading "Tickets". The purchase amount for the tickets ordered, including the fees contained therein, is due for payment immediately. If payment is not received within 14 days, the tickets sent are invalid and entry on site is no longer possible.

The purchaser receives an e-mail ticket that can be printed out directly or which can be scanned using a QR code on the smartphone and entitles them to entry. The sales contract between the organizer and the ticket purchaser is only concluded after payment has been made. Tickets can be purchased online up to 24 hours before the start of the event and only while stocks last.

b) On-site advance sales

A stationary on-site advance sale is not offered.

c) box office

An evening box office is not offered. Tickets must be purchased online.

III. Cancellation and return rights

Exchange or return of purchased tickets are excluded. This also applies to tickets purchased in advance online, as in the area of leisure activities with a fixed time of performance in accordance with § 312 g Para. 2 S. 1 Zf. 9 BGB there is an exception to the right of cancellation and return that otherwise exists in distance selling transactions, as well as for loss of tickets by the customer.

If the event is postponed (e.g. due to the corona pandemic) with an alternative date, the tickets purchased do not lose their validity, but are valid on the alternative date. In the event of cancellation by the organizer or any other cancellation without an alternative date, the full purchase price will be refunded upon presentation of the purchased tickets or the payment confirmation. Repayments are made non-cash by bank transfer to an account specified by the customer.

IV. Resale of tickets

The private resale of admission tickets is not permitted, commercial resale is strictly prohibited. In exceptional cases, a private resale is possible. These are individual decisions.

V. Privacy

The organizer will treat the data provided by the ticket purchaser confidentially. We collect, process and use the data collected as part of the ticket purchase within the applicable legal limits for the purpose of performing our services. The organizer is entitled to transmit the data provided to carry out the order to commissioned third parties, insofar as this is necessary to fulfill the order.

VI. Other regulations

Access to events is only permitted with a valid ticket. Children and young people under the age of 16 are only allowed access if accompanied by a legal guardian or an accompanying adult (with the consent of the legal guardian).

The organizer has no influence on the design, length, content and volume of the event.

The making of any kind of image and sound recordings, including for private use, is strictly prohibited. This also applies to the use of mobile phones or other devices with corresponding functions for the purpose of image and sound recording.

The person responsible is liable for damage caused by visitors to the event to furnishings, equipment or other facilities at the event location.

The instructions of the security staff must be followed. In the event of non-compliance, the organizer reserves the right to immediately exclude you from the event without refunding the entrance fee.

It is forbidden to carry pyrotechnic objects, torches, weapons or other objects that could potentially pose a risk. In the event of non-compliance, the organizer reserves the right to immediately exclude you from the event without refunding the entrance fee.

Spreading right-wing extremist slogans and wearing such symbols will result in immediate exclusion from the event without refund of the admission price.

The admission ticket loses its validity if the admission wristband is lost. There will be no reissue and no refund of the admission price.

The organizer reserves the right to relocate the event locally within the area of NRW AND RLP.

In this case, the tickets remain valid and cannot be returned.

The organizer is not liable for damaged, lost, stolen or otherwise lost items.

VII. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is Hümmerich / AG Neuwied. With the purchase of an admission ticket, you accept these General Terms and Conditions as binding. Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, this does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire contract. The ineffective regulation will be replaced by the relevant statutory regulation.

1. Scope


Our online shop is aimed exclusively at Forever Living Products and Tupperware entrepreneurs. For other entrepreneurs, e-mail contact must be made. The general terms and conditions apply there.

In addition to checking your entrepreneurial status as part of the ordering process, we are entitled to request proof of your entrepreneurial status by submitting suitable and up-to-date documents, such as an extract from the commercial register or business registration.  

These terms and conditions also apply to future business relationships without us having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby contradicted; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to this.


2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options


The purchase contract is concluded with office management Simone Winkel.


By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation and invoice by e-mail.


3. Contract language, contract text storage


The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.


We save the text of the contract and send you the order data.  


4. Terms of Delivery


All products offered in our online shop are free of shipping costs.  


We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.


5. Payment


You consent to the transmission of all invoices by email. The consent can be revoked at any time. In the event of a delay in payment, we reserve the right to charge you the statutory default interest of nine percentage points above the base interest rate and a flat rate of 40 euros. Further claims remain unaffected.

You are only entitled to a right of set-off if your counterclaim is in a mutual relationship with our main claim, is not disputed by us or has been legally established.


You only have a right of retention if your counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.


6. Damage in transit


The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the forwarding agent, carrier or other person or institution responsible for carrying out the shipment. The obligation to examine and give notice of defects regulated in Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) applies to merchants. If you omit the notification regulated there, the goods are deemed to have been approved, unless there is a defect that was not recognizable during the inspection. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.


7. Warranty and Guarantees


The statutory liability for defects applies.


8. Liability


We are always fully liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

• in the event of injury to life, limb or health

• in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty

• in the case of promises of guarantees, if agreed, or

• as far as the area of application of the Product Liability Act is open.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely on (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited to the amount foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded Damage limited, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.  

For the rest, claims for damages are excluded.


9. Final Provisions


German law applies to the exclusion of the UN purchase law.


If you are a merchant within the meaning of the Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
